Do you notice that you are regularly being logged out of coursesales.com? Then could could be the reason: Visiting public pages will automatically log you out of your administration pages.
This is a security feature - if someone is visiting the website they are logged in automatically as a ‘public’ user - this gives them limited privileges. when you visit that page you are logged out and logged into the site as a public user. You won’t notice this happening but is it to control what people see. If you use a incognito browser window this is a separate ‘space’ that allows you to have both open at the same time. Alternatively you could log into another browser, eg firefox.

Some notes about this:
- this behaviour does not occur if you are using the wordpress plugin because this is a native application - the wordpress application is logged into the API, it does not effect your login.
- this behaviour can also occur if you are using a two step booking process
