This is a pay as you go license, where you add the features that you require by choosing the plugins listed below to the license with the following base features.

Included in the base license:

• Hosting This software is in the “cloud”, that is you need to only access it from your computer, tablet or phone. It does not require an installation on your computer
• One admin login This can be shared among others, and accessed at the same time by other staff
• Create unlimited courses Add new course types, master templates and new course dates with locations
• Manage e-learning courses Create e-learning courses and take enrolments, incorporating them into a unique workflow if you wish
• Take unlimited bookings Bookings can come from your website or added by your administrator
• Integrated website course list Either using our Wordpress plugin or the non-Wordpress javascript integration enables online bookings
• Take website bookings and payment Using your existing payment provider take payments on the booking form on your website, from your list of courses
• Send automated emails After booking send an email directly to your customers with relevant information
• Existing workflow A defined workflow that can be customised to suit how your business operates
• Edit custom emails and PDFs Emails sent to customers including certificates and invoices can be customised to suit your organisation

Optionally you can add the following plugins, which give you extra control and functionality:

• Multistep enrolments Gather student data as required rather than as just one step so a brief form gathers essential booking information and a second step can gather more detailed information, lowering the barrier to purchase.
• 10 extra user licenses Give access to the administration or portals for other administrators, trainers, managers etc
• Form and field advanced management Create custom fields, add these to your custom forms
• Workflow management Includes the ability to create custom paths, steps and rules (otherwise this is a paid for service that is delivered by CourseSales customer service).
• Custom export options Create custom exports using export maps and download as required from the export queue
• Booking control Ability to limit bookings on grouped courses to specific numbers, group courses in events and prevent duplicate bookings
• Advanced administration Have enhanced filtering options in lists, create custom default lists and enhanced language options
• Advanced certificates Include links to certificates and the topics completed by the student using QR codes or links within Custom PDFs or emails.
• Tracking tags Enhances your sales management by including tags on links, enables enhanced reporting
• Trainer & learner portal This is a portal that enables trainers to see those students on their courses, mark attendance and keep track of data gathers by students
• Advanced attendance management Keep track of students and the days that they attend your courses, track their % attendance and send emails alerting students to their attendance rates
• Xero This integrates with Xero so that invoices can be directly entered into Xero or used for advanced financial reporting
• Learning Management System Deliver online learning to classroom or e-learning students, if you already have a learning management system consider a custom integration
• Product sales If you wish to sell products along side your courses eg books, memberships etc this functionality also enables discounting
• Multicurrency If you are selling into other countries you can include courses in different currencies

Professional License

Pay monthly: $600+GST/month
Pay annually: $6,000+GST/year

This includes all the plugins mentioned above in one package, basically if you plan to use 6 or more plugins then this plan is the one to go for.
