If you see a “blank” page when you try to login when you expect to be logged in to the administration portal there are two possible reasons: You are logged in as the public user You have not had a role assigned to your login or the role assigned to you does not have sufficient permissions You are logged in as the public user Perhaps you have been visiting the public pages, ie under https://<shortname>.

For example to send a trainer an email he or she must have the role trainer and be linked to the course master or course date. How can a person to receive a copy of an existing email? CourseSales.com uses the process rules to work out which roles to send emails to. This means that one rule can be used for many courses, and who receives each email can vary by course. Assuming a login exists for the person and they have an existing role you need to add the role to the process rule, then the login to the course master or course date.
