Coursecloud.co is an easy to use learning management system that can take e-commerce payment using paypal. However if you wish to use CourseSales.com you can set up an export for coursecloud that sends the enrolment information to coursecloud, which then sends an enrolment key to the student.

You need to:

Create an Export Map with the following settings.

• Name: Course Cloud Type: Course Cloud URL: https://[yourlicense].coursecloud.co/remote/endpoint/paymentkey.php (confirm this with coursecloud.co) Secret Key: sreFd876s9CkjUthee8gbw (confirm this with coursecloud.co) Status: Active

• Field 1 Record Type: Documents Data: AVETMISS 7.0 Client First Given Name (ie the field that represents the first name of the student) Transform: none Export Name: firstname

• Field 2 Record Type:Documents Data: AVETMISS 7.0 Client Last Name (ie the field that represents the last name of the student) Transform: none Export Name: lastname

• Field 3 Record Type: Documents Data: AVETMISS 7.0 Email Address (ie the field that represents the email of the student) Transform: none Export Name: email

• Field 4 Record Type: Course Dates Data: External Id Transform: none Export Name: coursename

Example:

Link the Export Map to the process rule

When you want the key to be sent to the student, eg. after payment.

Ensure that Course Dates ‘External Id’ field has the name of the course

eg: RSA_Online_NSW

Test by adding a document and applying the process step

that will use the process rule you linked the Export Map to. Confirmation will be an email that gets sent to the student’s email address.
